AUDIT & ACCOUNTING

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

We are searching for a senior auditor to take over the management and oversight of auditing projects for our auditing team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the efficient completion of accurate audits, managing a team of junior auditors, and maintaining levels of auditing quality and financial accuracy for the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

Leads audits and applies knowledge of accounting principles and audit standards to audit initiatives. Lead staff auditor assignments and coordinate audit processes. Conducts and supports year-end financial statement analysis. Uses diplomatic communications skills and transfers subject matter knowledge to others throughout the organization. Ensures audit plan execution and leads evaluation of audit findings, and report preparation. Oversees job administration of project setup, report writing, engagement documentation, periodic status reporting, etc. Performs individual job requirements using technology and other resources. Leads and/or participates in other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar is required.

Four plus years of financial auditing experience required. MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA or CFE preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.

Working knowledge of Accounting Principle theory (GAAP), & Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) or/& International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) is required. 

Proficient using Microsoft Office apps & other accounting & audit software.


Salary

£25,000 – 30,000 per year

ADMIN & ACCOUNTS

ASSOCIATE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated administrator & accounts person to support & help with work within the firm. The role involves assisting with elements of company administration, including maintaining accurate company records and minutes, working with local banks & governmental departments, making statutory and regulatory filings, as well as assisting with any admin work.

Responsibilities

To organize & ensure our company’s day-to-day operations are running efficiently & effectively. You will provide clerical support to our managers and other employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The administrator’s main tasks includes managing office administration jobs, booking meetings and events, liaising with clients & secretarial services, assisting in any other jobs as requested by management. Ultimately, a successful administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 GCSEs or similar is required.

Previous experience working in an office environment as an administrator, assistant or similar. Any accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.

Proficient using Microsoft Office apps & other management software apps.

Attention to detail and problem solving. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.


Salary

£18,000 – 20,000 per year
